An Enrollment Code designates a specific course authorized for a Department.  Each Department has its own unique set of Enrollment Codes.  Contact your company training supervisor for the valid Enrollment Codes applicable to your Department.  You may use any valid Enrollment Code for registration, and you will be automatically enrolled in the course corresponding to that Enrollment Code.

A Department Code is used for identifying your affiliation with AIG.  Contact your company training supervisor for the valid Department Code applicable to you.

All first time users must register with the Curb Fraud online training system in order to receive a personal User ID and Password for accessing the courseware.  Follow the link  “Click Here for Curb Fraud Registration/Sign-on” at the upper right corner of this page to get to the registration page.  Following information is required to complete your registration:

Ø First and Last Name

Ø 7 digit Employee ID

Ø AIG company Email address

Ø A valid Department Code

All first time users will need to register and establish a personal Curb Fraud User ID and Password upon his/her first access.  Following are some frequently asked questions.

No.  Once you have received your personal Curb Fraud User ID and Password from your initial registration, simply sign on using the same User ID and Password, then follow the menu instruction to enroll in other courses using the corresponding Enrollment Codes.
